I returned my order correctly, but until now I haven’t got my money back. How come?
Please note that it will take us up to two weeks to transfer the money back to your account after receiving the return package.

When you have a complaint concerning a BioClin product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to find an appropriate solution together.
We try to give you a reply within 48 hours and at least within 2 weeks.
BioClin strives to work with partners and consumers in a fair and friendly manner. In case of complaints, BioClin strives to solve issues in the most civil and friendly manner possible. In the rare occasion where intervention is required from a third party, please contact the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution)-platform.
Can my webshop order be delivered on a specific date?
Unfortunately this is not possible.
How can I return a product?

Can I choose to have my order to be delivered to a UPS office?
Currently, we suggest to have products delivered only to private addresses.
Can I cancel my order ?
Our team prepares your order as soon as they receive it, because of this, we cannot cancel orders. If you no longer need the products you have ordered, we suggest you return the package to us and we will refund your order.
Can I modify my shipping address after my order has been made?
We will do our best to deliver your products as soon as possible. Because of this, we cannot change the shipping address once the order has been made.
To which areas do you ship?
We ship products to all countries around the world, except Russia.
We don’t send orders to Russia as they – most of the time – do not get to their destination.
Which transporter will transport my order?
Currently we are working with PostNL for the standard shipping.
From where is the shipping sent?
All products are sent from our headquarters that is situated in The Netherlands.

How long does shipping take?
The duration of the shipping depends on which country you are living in. We are shipping from The Netherlands, so please allow for up to 15 days for your order to arrive.

- Japan: 5 working days
- USA: 4 – 7 working days
