Shipping of your order
Our shipping is done by Post NL. All BioClin-Shop orders that can’t be delivered in your mail box will be shipped as a package.
Shipping costs and administration fee
We offer free shipping on orders over €50,-.
All prices are issued in Euros and contain the respectively applicable value added tax determined by law.
In general most of our products are in stock. In general, if an order is placed and payment has been received by 12:00 noon on a normal business day, Post NL will transfer the products within three to thirty business days. If an order and/or payment is received after 12:00 noon, shipping will occur on the following business day.
Estimated shipping dates:
Belgium, Germany, UK and France: on average 2 working days
Europe and United States: on average 6 working days
Rest of the world – on average: 8 to 15 working days
It’s only possible to return BioClin products with unopened, undamaged and unwritten packages. Our customers have the right to terminate the contract within a extended period of 14 days without having to state any reasons in writing (i.e by letter, telefax, e-mail) or – if you receive the products before the deadline – by returning the products.
To return a package, please contact us as soon as possible. If you wish to return a product, you must contact us within 14 days after delivery, preferably by phone at +31 15 256 1999 (business days from 8:30-17:00 – CET). You can also send an email to email@example.com. Your email will be responded within 48 hours. Always include your contact information (name, emailaddress and ordernumber). We will let you know how you could return your order. The refund of the order will be done within 30 days. The shipping costs are always for the customer.
If you wish to terminate the contract of an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

When you have chosen the products you want to order, you fill in the form with contact information. Next, you need to select a transferparty. If you agree to the terms, you can select a payment method. If the payment has been completed, you will see a confirmation screen and you will be send an email with a confirmation of your order.
